  • Account & Contact Data: name, email address, plan selection, broker/exchange details you choose to connect.
  • Usage Data: device information, IP address, pages visited, actions taken, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.
  • Transaction Data: refill requests, subscription status, on-chain payment confirmations (wallet addresses you provide), and invoices.
  • Integrations: when you connect a broker/exchange via API keys, we store encrypted connection metadata necessary to operate automation features (never share your keys publicly).

How We Use Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Services, including signal generation and automation features.
  • Authenticate users, secure accounts, prevent fraud/abuse, and enforce our Terms.
  • Process payments and refill requests you initiate.
  • Communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and support.
